Coben is specialized in developing and manufacturing of APIs and intermediates for anti-virus drugs(HIV,HBV,HCV). Main products include:Lamivudine, Tenofovir, Zidovudine, Emtricitabine, Telbivudine, Oseltamivir phosphate, Gemcitabine, Sofosbuvir , Abacavir and their intermediates.

Coben is hi-tech enterprises, owning provincial R&D center. Most of the products are self-developed. We hold national and international patents for many product. Our factory is full equipped, including more than three hundred 500-5000L glass-lined and stainless steel reactors, with a total capacity of 600M3. We have industrial production for some difficultly operating reactions and procedures, including: butylithium reaction, Grignard reaction, hydrogenation reaction, low temperature reaction (-80°C), high pressure reaction (1-5Mpa), high vacuum distillation (=0.5mmHg), etc. Our company also pays high attention to manufacturing and contract manufacturing.
